Unherd in association with Radiologist, Dr. Devpriyo Pal, MD is offering a few students (13-to-20-year-olds) an ‘Online Career Mentorship in Clinical Radiology.’ The Certified Mentorship is exclusively for students (13-to-20-year-olds) who wish to explore the lucrative career of Medicine or work under a Radiologist before making a career decision in the medical field.
Mentorship Duration: 8 Sessions, 90 minutes each
spread across 4 weeks
Dates and Timings: 20 July TO 20 August,
every Thursdays and Saturdays, 7 PM to 8:30 PM IST
What will I Learn?
Study diagnostic techniques and interpreting X-Rays through case-discussions, activities, and an independent project. Mentor and experienced Radiologist, Dr. Devpriyo Pal has designed an effective curriculum to make pre-college students aware about the medical profession and the skills needed to be successful in Radiology.

Meet your Mentor
Dr. Devpriyo Pal
Dr. Devpriyo Pal (MBBS, MD) is a Radiologist with special interest in research and teaching. During his MBBS, he explored various specialties, especially Anatomy, Surgery and Paediatrics, but after completing his MBBS, he discovered that his true interest lies in the imaging of the human body and thus, chose a specialisation in Radiology.
Dr. Devpriyo is an enthusiastic user of social media as a teaching tool and has spent the last few years coming up with different types of educational content available under the handle “drdevrad” on several social media channels and websites. He has more than 50,000 followers on Instagram where he tries to come up with innovative ways to teach radiology. Apart from that, he also likes interacting with young students and has written several hundred answers on Quora to help guide them through medical education and competitive exams.
Dr. Devpriyo is teaming up with Unherd to help educate students about what exactly a career in Radiology entails. He will talk in detail about this amazing career that is an exciting intersection of Medicine and Technology and has planned several interactive sessions including group discussions, individual assignments and quizzes.
In this one-of-a-kind Mentorship, Dr. Devpriyo plans to share his knowledge, skills, and experience online with a few students (13-to-20-year-olds) – an experience Dr. Devpriyo himself wishes he had when he was in school!
Note: This is a Mentorship Program for pre-college students to explore a career in Radiology. Using the certificate to practice Medicine or treat patients is strictly not allowed. Our alumni students use the certificate to apply to colleges overseas, demonstrate learning experience on their résumé, or portfolio.
