What will I Learn?
Under the guidance of Captain Lekshmy, this career mentoring program is designed to help you excel in your Armed Forces exams on your very first attempt. Moreover, the curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including written and practical tasks, with a special focus on team building and leadership activities. To ensure students from across India are able to participate and interact directly with Capt Lekshmy, the program is being offered online.

Meet your mentor, Captain Lekshmy
A post-graduate in Physics, Capt. Lekshmy Natarajan (Retd) cleared the SSB exam in the first attempt and joined the Officers Training Academy, Chennai. She later got commissioned into the Military Intelligence Corps and served the Indian Army in uniform for 5 years (short service).
In March 2019, she co-founded the HEAL Foundation (Holistic Education and Adaptive Learning) where her mission is to teach ‘Emotional Literacy’ to educators and learners across India. She also co-founded Armour of Care (AOC), a disaster management group that conducts rescue operations with smiles and hope to people in distress.
Her vast experience in the army and with children has inspired her to educate future army officers about a career in the Indian Armed Forces. In this one-of-a-kind ‘Career Mentorship Program’, Capt. Lekshmy plans to share her knowledge, skills and learnings online with a few students (aged 16 to 25) – a mentoring experience Capt. Lekshmy wishes she had when in school and college.
